Rooms & Costs 
Anne Dunkley Hall

Our large hall is a great space for you to hold your dance classes, sporting events and many more. It is also a very popular room used to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and even wedding receptions.

 

The main hall has both rectangle & round banqueting tables, and chairs available for you to use. There is also a bar which can be made available to you too at no extra cost.

 

There is also a generous stage within the hall and a direct serving station from the kitchen which comes in handy when serving food and hot drinks to your guests.

The Hall also has a projector and large screen which can be used for corporate events and workshops as well as to show some special photos to party guests. The hall is fully air conditioned and there's free wi-fi too.

 

The hall has the capacity to hold between 120-150 depending on the event type.

Elmdon Lounge 

Our comfortable lounge is suitable for more intimate occasions and meetings. Regularly used for coffee mornings and baby showers this room has ample seating and tables and comes with a direct serving station from the kitchen, perfect if you want to serve food and hot drinks to your guests.

 

There is also a bar available to hire within this room if you wish at no extra cost. There is a projector screen in this room but you would need to provide your own projector and there is a sound system too and a Flipchart if required.

 

The lounge is a great place to hold a gathering after a baptism and perfect for serving drinks to your guests after your wedding ceremony at St. leonard's Church next door.

 

The lounge has the capacity to hold between 50-60 people.

Mary Wilson Room

The Mary Wilson room is the smallest of our rooms but a perfect place for smaller groups to meet or for a conference.

 

You can really let your imagination run wild  in here and use this room for just about anything that the capacity allows!

 

This room is usually made available to you alongside our main hall to use as a cloakroom or to serve a buffet from at no extra cost.

 

The Mary Wilson room has the capacity to hold 30 people and is an ideal meeting room with close transport links to Birmingham airport and the NEC with Marston Green Train Station being a 10 minute walk away. We have a flipchart easel and pens which you can use (must provide own paper), and hot water pump flasks and cups.

Anne Dunkley Hall - 10:30am-1pm or 2:30pm-5pm

£20 per hour and B37 resident's get a 10% discount. Also includes FREE kitchen use where available. 

Elmdon Lounge - anytime from 9am-5pm - £15 per hour, same discounts apply

Sunday Hall Hire

Anne Dunkley Hall - 12pm-2:30pm or 4pm-6:30pm
£20 per hour and B37 resident's get a 10% discount. Also includes FREE kitchen use where available. 
Elmdon Lounge - available anytime from 12pm. £15 per hour, she discounts apply. 

You can also hire the hall outside of these times or for longer time slots.

FREE ROOM HIRE!

Fancy keeping costs low by having one of our rooms completely free of charge? On Friday and Saturday nights we offer FREE hire of our Elmdon Lounge from 5:30pm until midnight as long as you have a minimum of 50 guests and request our bar to be open. The Anne Dunkley hall is available from 5:30pm onwards and as long as you have at least 100 people attending and request the bar, it's yours for FREE!

 

IF HIRING WITH LESS CAPACITY THAN WHAT IS LISTED ABOVE, THE LOUNGE COSTS £75 FOR A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY EVENING AND THE HALL COSTS £100. FOR WEEKDAY HIRE PRICES, GET IN TOUCH.
